3 Great Tips for Choosing your Outfit for a Portrait Session

Here we go 3 fast tips to choosing a stunning outfit for you or you and your family!

Let's get started!

1. Try to stick to 3 main colours with only one that pops

When choosing outfits especially when you are planning for more than one person. It is important to ensure you don't have too much going on, so you wouldn't typically put mustard yellow and bright pink together because they would clash. So try to choose three colours, 2 being more neutral and one to pop, for example (Denim, tan and white or blush, white and light grey)

2. Try to not have many different patterns

The general rule for this is try to not have to many patterns, especially bold ones. They often clash and just don't go well if there are more than one.

On the other hand you can use them to hight light certain colours! just make sure you put them tother before the portrait session and make sure the colours have a nice flow

3. Make sure they are not uncomfortable!

I put this in here because if you are uncomfortable in a out fit it will show in your photos which is why its in the top 3 points! I don't just mean physically comfortable but you feel confident.

When choosing your outfits we offer consults for this to make sure you look your best!!

Thanks for reading!
